To save you money, we ship using FedEx and the United States Postal
Service (USPS). Shipping costs depends on the weight of your order and where
it's going. If you are shopping online, our online shopping cart will
automatically calculate shipping for you. If you are ordering via mail or fax,
we will contact you when we receive your order and let you know what the
shipping cost will be. At that time, if you accept the charge, we will process
your order; or we will cancel the order upon request. You will be emailed when
your ordered is shipped. Every order we ship will have a tracking number, that
will also be included in the email you recieve. If you are within our local
delivery area, your shipping via our carrier will be free.
All FedEx services are guaranteed; if your package arrives later than
the scheduled time they've provided you, please contact us so we can look into
it and possibly refund your full shipping costs. Additional insurance is
available, contact us for more information.
USPS services offered:
USPS
priority mail (2-3 days, but not guaranteed).
USPS first
class mail (1-3 days, but not guaranteed. Only available on orders less than
13oz.).
USPS
services are not guaranteed and do not have insurance.
FedEx services offered:
FedEx Standard Overnight (next day, by 4:30pm)
FedEx 2day (2 days)
FedEx Express Saver (3 days)
FedEx Ground (up to 7 days, business locations)
FedEx Home Delivery (up to 7 days)
Orders may take 1-7 days for processing before being shipped. FedEx
packages may be shipped out Monday-Friday and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding
FedEx Home Delivery packages, which are delivered Tuesday-Saturday). USPS
packages may be shipped out Monday-Saturday and delivered Monday-Saturday.
Every USPS package we send out will have delivery confirmation (DC) service,

Other services may be available upon request. Worldwide shipping may be
available upon request. For more information or to place your request for other
services, please email or call us. We may, at our discretion, put signature
confirmation on any order without prior notice to you.
