We ship using three carriers: FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs depends on the weight of your order and where it's going. If you are shopping online, our online shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping for you. If you are ordering via mail or fax, we will contact you when we receive your order and let you know what the shipping cost will be. At that time, if you accept the charge, we will process your order; or we will cancel the order upon request. You will be emailed when your ordered is shipped and when it has been delivered. Every order we ship will have a tracking number, that will also be included in the email you recieve.

UPS services offered:

UPS next day air A.M. (usually by 8:00am, the next day)
UPS next day air (usually by 12:00pm, the next day)
UPS next day air saver (usually by 3:00pm, the next day)
UPS 2nd day air (2 days)
UPS 3 day select (3 days)
UPS ground (see the image below for transit times)

All UPS services have free insurance up to $100 and are guaranteed; if your package arrives later than the scheduled time we've provided you, please contact us so we can look into it and possibly refund your full shipping costs.. Additional insurance is available, contact us for more information.

USPS services offered:

USPS priority mail (2-3 days, but not guaranteed).

USPS first class mail (1-3 days, but not guaranteed. Only available on orders less than 13oz.).

USPS services are not guaranteed and do not have insurance.

FedEx services offered:

FedEx Standard Overnight (next day, by 4:30pm)

FedEx 2day (2 days)

FedEx Express Saver (3 days)

FedEx Ground (for business delivery, see image below)

FedEx Home Delivery (same as ground, but for residential. See image below)

Orders may take up to 1-7 days for processing before being shipped. UPS and FedEx packages may be shipped out Monday-Friday and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding FedEx Home Delivery packages, which are delivered Tuesday-Saturday).  USPS packages may be shipped out Monday-Saturday and delivered Monday-Saturday.
